By downloading, installing, or using the Qardly application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
To use Qardly, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in via Apple, Google, or other supported authentication providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Qardly, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Qardly provides a digital business card platform that allows you to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create on Qardly, including business card data, photos, and custom designs. By using the Service, you grant Qardly a limited license to display, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

The Qardly name, logo, card themes, design templates, and application code are the intellectual property of Qardly and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
Card themes (Modern, Classic, Minimal, Brutalist, Luxury, Neon, Gradient, Corporate, Creative, Retro, Code) and the Free Design canvas editor are proprietary features of Qardly.
Qardly offers free and premium subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the respective store's policies.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect on their next billing cycle.
When you enable web card sharing, your card is accessible at a public URL (qardly.app/c/...). You control:
You are solely responsible for the information you choose to make publicly available on your card.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qardly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your cards, analytics data, and personal information will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
